Convenient! This hotel is located bang opposite the RP funding center. Super convenient! The rooms are well appointed, comfortable beds and linen. The lobby is great! Friendly staff! The pool looked inviting! Plenty of parking.
Room had suspicious stains on bathroom walls and couch- but well appointed. Didn’t like the noise of the freeway and curtain didn’t close to block light from said freeway. Staff and breakfast awesome
I was so disappointed when I arrived back to my room after a long day, to find that the room wasn't made up. I called the front desk and he asked if I requested housekeeping. He informed me it was on the paper that was with my key card, and it was . Is this common? We are paying the same price. I understand if you request that they dont come in the room, but never heard of having to request for the bed to be made and trash removed.
I stayed at this hotel in Lakeland for two nights and it was pretty good. Check-in went smoothly, the room was clean, and it was quiet at night. The location was convenient for getting around.
My 3 days' stay was amazing. The front desk is very polite and informative. The room is modern and spacious. Beds are comfortable. They need to do better with the pillows because they get flattered easily. The breakfast is amazing and Ana, the lady that keeps it, is AMAZING!! So lovely and attentive made me feel like at home. The location looks and felt safe. We had a very good weekend with the family. Keep the great job! A+
Very friendly staff! Even the housekeeping staff were very sweet and every one we meet greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is right across the road from the RP Center where we were attending an event. Would stay here again.
Everything was in order, but i disliked a bit the smell in my room. Liked that they have breakfast every morning. Coffee maker in the room. A microwave which is really convenient. The fridge however was not cooling. Super spacious room. Has restaurants near by that i was able to walk to. Outdoor pool, Gym 24 hours.
I am updating my review. The manager, John, went out of his way to assist me when I had to make a cancelation due to extenuating circumstances. I appreciate the tremendous customer service and follow-up. Thank you!!
